Planned Maintenance for HVAC Systems

Airstron offers a wide variety of HVAC programs suited for the customers needs. Our service agreements can reduce excessive power bills, extend equipment life, and reduce nuisance service calls. With over 35 years of experience Airstron can service and maintain all types of equipment and all manufactures. We presently have about 1000 customers under contract in a very wide variety of markets.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements:

• Provide 24 hour 7 days a week service

• Scheduled maintenance scope depending upon customers needs or budget

• Inspection only contracts

• Inspection and labor contracts

• Full service parts and labor contracts

Some of THESE services are provided with an Airstron Preventative Maintenance contract:

• Change all air filters

• Flush drain lines clean pans

• Lubricate bearings

• Maintain and clean cooling towers

• Replace and adjust belts

• Check electrical connections and components

• Perform annually service on chillers per manufacturers specs

• Clean evaporator and condenser coils

• Discounted labor rate on services outside of contract
